Hotel ZaZa Planned for Frisco's Wade Park

FRISCO, TX—Hotel ZaZa at Wade Park will feature approximately 175 luxury guest rooms including 10 signature, one-of-a-kind suites, at the Wade Park master-planned development.

FRISCO, TX—Hotel ZaZa, a collection of premier luxury lifestyle hotels, is planning its second Dallas-area location for Wade Park in fast-growing Frisco.

Known for its contemporary elegance and unique, luxe amenities, Hotel ZaZa will be among the highlights of Wade Park, Thomas Land & Development’s massive 175-acre, $1.6 billion upscale mixed-use development, underway at the Dallas North Tollway and Lebanon Road.  Thomas Land & Development will develop the new hotel, and it will be concepted, branded and managed by Hotel ZaZa and Z Resorts Management LLC.
