C&W Taps Spiegelman to Lead Retail

NEW YORK CITY—Following the departure of executive managing director Matt Winn, the firm has promoted vice chairman Gene Spiegelman to head of retail in North America.

NEW YORK CITY—Cushman & Wakefield has tapped Gene Spiegelman, vice chairman, as head of the firm’s North America retail services group. He replaces Matt Winn, formerly executive managing director, who left the firm to join Olshan Properties.

Since joining the firm nearly 15 years ago, Spiegelman has consistently ranked among the firm’s top producers and has made material contributions to the growth and success of retail services. His knowledge of retail site selection, development, leasing and negotiating business terms have distinguished him in the industry, according to Cushman.
