Cushman Grabs ABS' Regal

NEW YORK CITY—A specialist in both landlord and tenant representation, Regal joins Cushman as a director.

NEW YORK CITY–Cushman & Wakefield has hired Douglas Regal, a commercial real estate professional with more than a decade of experience in the industry, as a director. He joins the firm from ABS Partners Real Estate, where he served as exclusive leasing agent for approximately 500,000 square feet of office space throughout Manhattan.

Regal specializes in both landlord and tenant representation and has been involved in over 750,000 square feet of leasing transactions in Manhattan.
