Hampton Inn Rising in Midtown Miami

MIAMI—Construction is beginning on the hotel at a time when Miami is posting record-setting levels of business and leisure tourism.

MIAMI—Midtown Miami is getting a Hampton Inn & Suites. Miami-based Mayan Properties is partnering with the principals of 3H Group Hotels and Arti Hersi on the project.

Construction is beginning on the hotel at a time when Miami is posting record-setting levels of business and leisure tourism. The 151-key hotel will rise along the city’s Biscayne Boulevard corridor at the intersection of Biscayne Boulevard and Northwest 35th Street near the mixed-use Midtown Miami complex and the Miami Design District.
