MIAMI—After acquiring the 145,454-square-foot office building earlier this year, Miami Lakes Center has picked CBRE to help it fill the space at 5875 Building. Located at 5875 Northwest 163^rd Street in Miami Lakes, the two-story building has about 100,000 square feet of contiguous space to lease.

“This is an ideal location for an operations center or call center,” CBRE’s Maggie Guajardo Kurtz tells GlobeSt.com. “There are not too many buildings in Miami that can handle the parking required and have the capacity to keep operations ongoing during a hurricane or other power-outage event.”
