PHOENIX—The Healthcare Real Estate Insights awards were presented for a second time at a RealShare conference December 16. Attendees for RealShare Healthcare numbered 400-plus as awards for outstanding medical office buildings were awarded, as well as executive of the year and lifetime achievement award. Murray Wolf, publisher of HREI, presented the awards. The winners are as follows:
-Best New MOB, less than 25,000 square feet: Duke Medicine at Meadowmount, Chapel Hill, NC. Developer: Davis Moore Capital.
-Best New MOB, 25,000-49,999 square feet: Angel Cancer Center, Franklin, NC. Developer: The Keith Corp.
