MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA—National Avenue Partners, LLC says it has submitted construction plans with here for a four-story class A office development at 600 National Avenue, which received city approval in May.
The partnership also announced that Phil Mahoney, executive managing director, Mike Saign, vice president and Randy Gabrielson, executive managing director of Newmark Cornish & Carey have been selected to represent the property for lease.
“600 National Avenue is designed as premier office environment with convenient access to three freeways as well as excellent light rail and shuttle services to downtown Mountain View and CalTrain,” said Vic Fracaro, a managing partner of National Avenue Partners, LLC. “Beyond proximity to such major tech companies as Google and Symantec and a vibrant downtown area, the category and location make this ideal space for either fast growing startups or large companies looking to expand beyond their current locations.”
