Plans Submitted for Four-Story Class A

MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA—Developers say 600 National Avenue project will help ease tight market conditions. Newmark Cornish & Carey will broker the space.

MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA—National Avenue Partners, LLC says it has submitted construction plans with here for a four-story class A office development at 600 National Avenue, which received city approval in May.

The partnership also announced that Phil Mahoney, executive managing director, Mike Saign, vice president and Randy Gabrielson, executive managing director of Newmark Cornish & Carey have been selected to represent the property for lease.
