Lexington Homes Starts Palatine Townhomes

CHICAGO—The company has opened an on-site sales center and will deliver the homes this spring.

CHICAGO—Multifamily developments may be hot right now, but single-family home builders in the metro area are also having success.Chicago-based Lexington Homes, for example, has just opened an on-site sales center at Lexington Oaks, its newest townhome development in suburban Palatine. The company has also started construction of the community’s 15 townhomes and expects to begin delivering in the spring.

Lexington Oaks sits on Northwest Hwy., a quarter-mile west of Smith Rd. and a half-mile east of Quentin Rd., near downtown Palatine and less than a mile from the town’s CBD and Metra station.
