SUNNYVALE, CA—The Domain Hotel, a former Radisson that was transformed to an award- winning lifestyle property since 2007, has been sold to a holding company.

Snyder Nationwide Real Estate, Inc./Sunnyvale, were the sellers of the 136-room hotel, working through broker Gary Earl Low.

The buyer is Sunnyvale Domain Hotel, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.

The Domain Hotel is located in the heart of Silicon Valley just a few miles from many high-tech companies including Apple, Adobe Systems, Google, Yahoo, Symantec, Facebook, LinkedIn, National Semiconductor, and near the San Jose Airport, the new Levi Stadium, and a number of large, existing mixed-use developments and others that are planned for the area.

In June of 2008, Hospitality Design magazine, awarded The Domain an International 1st Place “Design of the Year Award” for creative achievement in redevelopment in the mid-range hotel category.

Mark Snyder, the general partner of the selling firm, stated, “The hotel is well positioned and poised for significant future growth.”
