PHOENIX—Kurt W. Rosene, formerly senior vice president of The Alter Group, has transitioned to his new role as head of NOVO Development, LLC, headquartered in Scottsdale. Although leaving as a full-time employee of The Alter Group, Rosene will continue to assist The Alter Group's western region developments, including its signature Phoenix development, Riverwalk Arizona, a 176-acre mixed-use business park in Scottsdale. Michael J. Alter, president of The Alter Group, made the announcement.

“We are excited for Kurt who spent 24 years with our company,” says Alter. “During this period, he established himself as one of the nation's premier development experts with an extraordinary mix of transactional acumen and the ability to shepherd large, complex mixed-use developments across multiple business cycles.”

“I have had an incredible experience with The Alter Group,” says Rosene. ”Although the timing is right to move on to my own company, I look forward to contining to assist The Alter Group with many of their developments here in the Valley and I look forward to continuing our strong working relationship.”
