PHILADELPHIA, PA—The Philadelphia Metro Chapter of the Appraisal Institute honored Integra Realty Resources' senior managing director Joseph Pasquarella, MAI, CRE, FRICS, with the Felice A. Rocca, Jr. Memorial Award in recognition of his role as an outstanding counselor, educator, and mentor in the field; for his exemplary character and high sense of ethics; and for his devotion and contributions to the appraisal profession.
“Joe demonstrates what it means to be a leader in the industry and to help guide others in achieving the highest level of quality and ethics in their work,” says John Albrecht, CEO of Integra Realty Resources. “This award reiterates what we know: That Joe truly stands out in the field as a prominent source of insight and professionalism in commercial real estate. We're grateful to the Appraisal Institute for recognizing this talent within our national organization and for promoting and fostering excellence in the appraisal field.”
The award was established in 1999 in memory of Felice A.
