PHILADELPHIA, PA—The Philadelphia Metro Chapter of the Appraisal Institute honored Integra Realty Resources' senior managing director Joseph Pasquarella, MAI, CRE, FRICS, with the Felice A. Rocca, Jr. Memorial Award in recognition of his role as an outstanding counselor, educator, and mentor in the field; for his exemplary character and high sense of ethics; and for his devotion and contributions to the appraisal profession.

The award was established in 1999 in memory of Felice A. Rocca, Jr., MAI, SREA, who served as president of both of the Appraisal Institute's predecessor organizations, as well as numerous other local and national committees. “Fil” Rocca committed decades to the field, was highly regarded as a counselor and educator, and was a mentor to dozens starting out in the profession.
