Warden Steps Up to COO of Baird & Warner

CHICAGO—Baird & Warner has just named Jennifer Alter Warden to its newly created position of chief operating officer. In addition, Laura Ellis will take over Warden’s previous position as president of the brokerage’s residential sales division. The locally-owned independent company has nearly 1,800 broker associates in 25 offices and provides comprehensive mortgage financing and title insurance services.
