Developers Set Roots in Koreatown

LOS ANGELES—Canfield Development buys three adjacent lots that total 28,000 square feet in the highly sought-after Koreatown market with plans to redevelop the properties.

LOS ANGELES—Canfield Development has purchased three adjacent lots in Koreatown. The three lots total 28,000 square feet, and are currently occupied by two midcentury multifamily buildings and a vacant multipurpose building, which was previously occupied by New Village Movement Ministries. The purchase price and the seller of each of the properties is undisclosed.
