LOS ANGELES—Charles Dunn Co. has hired veteran Barry Rothstein as managing director in the firm's Century City office. Before joining Charles Dunn, Rothstein formerly was the managing director at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, and has $450 million in transactions throughout his career.

In this position, he will focus on multifamily, retail, office, and development in the greater Los Angeles area with a special focus on the San Fernando Valley. “I will be increasing our sales presence of multifamily investment sales in the San Fernando Valley,” he says. He plans to leverage his past experience and contacts to increase the company's presence in the area. “Charles Dunn Company's platform provides the tools and support to tap into this high-velocity market. The synergy generated by our company's professionals and my area expertise will positively influence the growth of our market share throughout Southern California,” he adds.

Charles Dunn has also hired Ashley Saye as an associate. Saye will focus on net leased single tenant retail properties in Los Angeles County and Orange County. She has a degree in economics from USC, and recently spent three years in the tech start-up space.
