The warehouse property known as The Stead Distribution Center is located at 14525 Industrial Way, and 140,500 SF of the center is currently occupied by Hubert. The remaining 194,000 SF is available for lease. The NAI Alliance Group is made up of Michael Nevis, CCIM; Dave Simonsen, CCIM, SIOR; Michael Hoeck, SIOR and Steve Kucera, and is related to NAI Global.
