SAN FRANCISCO—“If anyone asks me 'is it different this time'? The answer is 'yes', it is.” That is according to Colliers executive managing director Alan Collenette when exclusively talking to GlobeSt.com about how the Bay Area is “the center of the world's innovation-based economy,” and that “San Francisco is the incubator for its brains.”
According to Collenette, “Ahead of Sweden and Swirtzerland the Bay Area' GDP is growing faster than China's at 7.5%.” He adds that “There is no looking back now to the quaint little village by the Bay.”
He tells GlobeSt.com that San Francisco is ranked as one of “the world's biggest, most interconnected cities, which help to set global agendas, weather transnational dangers, and serve as the hub of global integration. “These cities are the engines of growth for their countries and the gateways to the resources of their regions.”
