HOBOKEN, NJ—National Realty & Development Corp. signed Lex Terrae Inc., a subsidiary of Old Republic Title Company, to a long-term lease at NRDC's 95,000-square foot Baker Waterfront Plaza property in Hoboken, NJ.  Lex Terrae Inc. will consolidate its existing NYC and Hoboken office and occupy 13,519 square feet on the entire fifth floor of the building. The move will bring approximately 50 new employees to the Hoboken area.

Brian F. Sekel, executive vice president, and Richard A. Kaufman, executive vice president and general counsel, represented NRDC for this lease. Frank Truesdel and Jill Arias of DTZ represented the tenant.

The Hoboken Terminal provides train, bus, light rail, ferry and PATH services that offer immediate access to New York City and the transportation network of northern New Jersey. The Holland Tunnel is located only ½ mile south of the property, while access to Routes 1 & 9 and the NJ Turnpike are approximately one mile southwest.
