Central Trade and Transfer Acquires American Partnership

The consolidation of APB into Central Trade and Transfer (CTT) creates a more centralized secondary market, providing liquidity and more competitive pricing for investors in non-traded REITs, an asset class notorious for its illiquidity. In Q4 2014, combined, CTT and ABP were responsible for more than 65% all secondary market trades by dollar volume.
