HOK Completes Purchase of 360 Architecture

KANSAS CITY—Adding the 200-person firm from Kansas City not only deepens HOK's Midwest presence, it creates one of the largest sports, recreation and entertainment design firms.

KANSAS CITY—HOK has just completed the acquisition of Kansas City-based 360 Architecture, a 200-person firm that specializes in the design of sports, recreation, wellness, entertainment and mixed-use facilities.

The transaction also marks the start of the New York-based HOK’s new global Sports + Recreation + Entertainment practice and an expansion of its capabilities in Kansas City, Columbus and San Francisco. 360 Architecture was founded in Kansas City in 2004 through a merger of CDFM2 Architecture Inc. and Heinlein Schrock Stearns.
