Kidder Mathews Expands Into San Diego

SAN DIEGO—In addition to being a vibrant growing market, 'San Diego is a natural fit for us since Kidder Mathews currently manages 800,000 square feet of biotech space in La Jolla,' says one source.

SAN DIEGO—Kidder Mathews has opened an office in San Diego and has hired three senior brokers and a managing partner. The new office is located at 12626 High Bluff Drive, in the Del Mar Heights area.

The firm current has more than 450 real estate professionals and staff in 10 offices throughout Washington, Oregon, and California and recently revealed a strategic long-term growth plan that included opening offices in San Diego and the East Bay in 2015, and then in partnership with its existing offices in San Francisco, Redwood Shores and Silicon Valley, expanding the company’s presence in both the Northern and Southern California markets.
