AMLI Residential to Take 3rd Floor at CBOT

CHICAGO—In this UPDATE, GlenStar has continued to successfully bring in tenants that will diversify the tenant roster of the landmark building.

CHICAGO—As reported in GlobeSt.com, GlenStar Properties has been remaking the landmark Chicago Board of Trade Building by diversifying its tenant roster beyond the trading firms that occupy much of the space. And the Chicago-based firm has just signed AMLI Residential to a new, 30,219-square-foot long-term lease. The multifamily company will occupy the entire third floor.

“We are thrilled AMLI has chosen the CBOT Building,” says GlenStar managing director Christian Domin. “It further validates the successful repositioning of the property and its reputation as the place to office in Chicago today.”
