CBRE Helps Move Napa Area Hotel

CALISTOGA, CA—The Sunburst Calistoga Hotel was sold on behalf of a local family partnership to Calistoga Hotel Group, LLC, an investment vehicle for Eagle Point Hotel Partners.

CALISTOGA, CA—CBRE Hotels has completed the sale of The Sunburst Calistoga Hotel located at 1880 Lincoln Avenue, in the center of the Napa Valley. A local family partnership sold the property to Calistoga Hotel Group, LLC, an investment vehicle for Eagle Point Hotel Partners, for an undisclosed amount.

The buyer is planning to reposition the 50-room property to take advantage of the hotel’s large land area, valuable mineral springs, and proximity to downtown Calistoga, nearby wineries and attractions. Filament Hospitality is now managing the property for the new owner.
