IRVINE, CA—Sigma Trident LLC plans to develop a state-of-the-art R&D/manufacturing facility on four acres at the northwest corner of Deere Avenue and Aston, one of the last remaining developable parcels in Orange County's Airport Submarket.

JLL said today that it represented Sigma Trident in the acquisition of the highly-coveted parcel in Irvine.

Sigma Trident, LLC is an entity of Sivax North America Inc., a Japanese firm who is a world leader in the design, manufacturing and sale of bodies for automobiles and industrial modeling. The buyer will work with Newport Beach construction firm, Westwing Corporation, to develop the property.
