IRVINE, CA—Colliers International says Mary Beth Kuzmanovich has joined the firm as national director, healthcare services. Kuzmanovich will head up national business development for Colliers and relationship management with healthcare industry clients.
“Mary Beth deepens our ability to be more strategic in delivering services to our healthcare real estate clients—both occupiers and investors,” said Craig Robinson, president, USA. “She builds upon the momentum and leadership we have had in this industry and will work closely with Colliers' Healthcare Services specialists from around the country.”

Kuzmanovich work in collaboration with Scott Nelson, president of occupier services, and Karen Whitt, president of investor services, to advance Colliers' national property management, brokerage, project management, capital markets and valuation services to the healthcare sector.

“The healthcare industry is going through tremendous transformation under the Affordable Care Act, along with unprecedented demographic and technological changes,” said Kuzmanovich. “As healthcare systems focus on their clinical and operational strategy, they are challenged with how to use and leverage real estate to be more effective.
