LAS VEGAS—Another portion of the Showcase Mall here has been sold to the New York investors who broadened their investment less than a year ago.

The group, which includes Jordache jeans founders the Nakash family, real estate investor Eli Gindi, will spend $139.5 million to acquire around 97,000 square feet of the thriving retail center, according to local media reports. The seller was Unilev Capital Corp.

Showcase is located next to MGM Grand, and was built in phases by various investors starting in the 1990s.
