CCIM Names New L.A. Board

LOS ANGELES—The Los Angeles CCIM chapter gets a new board of directors for 2015, led by NAI Capital's Kevin Kawaoka—who talks to GlobeSt.com about the new recruits.

LOS ANGELES—The CCIM Los Angeles Chapter has named its 2015 board of directors. Led by NAI Capital VP Kevin Kawaoka, who will serve as the 2015 CCIM L.A. president, the board of directors includes Sharon Carz, an associate broker at Income Property Specialists, who will serve as VP; Michael B. Marechal, president and managing broker at MRE Capital Partners, who will serve as secretary; Wolf Baschung, president for MW Real Estate Group, who will serve as treasurer; Carmela Ma, founder of CJM Associates, will serve as education committee chair; Howard Reback, principal at Reback Realty Services, who will serve as membership committee chair; and Jeff Albee, an SVP at Sperry Van Ness, who will serve as sponsorship committee chair.
