NAI Hanson Sells Mixed Use in Keansburg, Leases Industrial in S. Hack

KEANSBURG, NJ AND SOUTH HACKENSACK, NJ—NAI James E. Hanson has facilitated a sale and a lease transaction recently. NAI Hanson sold 19-21 Carr Avenue in Keansburg, NJ, to Father and Sons Building and Remodeling, and facilitated a lease for periodicals distributor Publishers Circulation Fulfillment, Inc.’s involving 22,203 square feet at 60 Saddle River Avenue in South Hackensack, New Jersey.

The Keansburg property’s buyer plans to convert the 14,000-square-foot, mixed-use building to residential housing. The property is one block from the Keansburg Amusement Park and Runway Rapids Water Park, both of which are adjacent to the town’s popular beach. NAI Hanson’s senior vice president John Schilp and vice president Joan Cenicola represented the seller in the transaction.
