Several property brokers got new agency assignments in recent weeks:

PATERSON, NJ–The Kislak Company, Inc. was named exclusive marketing and sales agent for a 136-unit residential portfolio located at 324, 339 and 431 Broadway in Paterson, New Jersey. Vice presidents Jonathan Greenberg and Joseph Keenan are leading Kislak's assignment. The properties consist of professionally management and well-maintained studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom units with many upgrades including kitchens and baths. There is on-site parking for 26 cars. Vice presidents Jonathan Greenberg and Joseph Keenan are leading Kislak's assignment.

“With such a low supply of inventory in New Jersey, very few opportunities to acquire over 100 units, and extremely attractive interest rates well below 4%, I believe the portfolio will generate a great deal of consideration,” says Greenberg.

FORT LEE, NJ— Ashkenazy Acquisition Corporation has selected Winick Realty Group tomarket Washington Bridge Plaza, 2151 Lemoine Avenue in the Fort Lee, NJ market.

The property includes spaces of 1,800 square feet or up to 8,300 square feet in the Washington Bridge Plaza shopping center. Located immediately over the George Washington Bridge and one block from Fort Lee High School, the center is anchored by Walgreens and includes such highly-regarded national co-tenants as Verizon, Five Guys, GNC, and an HSBC Bank branch that boasts over $115 million in deposits.

“I am delighted to be working with Ashkenazy for a second time to market one of their prime New Jersey Properties,” says Tyler Bennett, Winick senior vice president and co-founder. “Washington Bridge Plaza is one of the few shopping centers in the Fort Lee market with on-site parking, as well as accessibility for both pedestrian and vehicular traffic, and the center has had a long history of housing very successful retailers.”
