MORRISTOWN, NJ –Toronto-based Avison Young has significantly expanded its presence in New Jersey with a new, 16,500-square-foot office lease to occupy a full floor in the North Tower of Headquarters Plaza in Morristown.

The lease, which comes just over two years since the firm entered the New Jersey market, doubles the size of Avison Young's New Jersey office and will accommodate the firm's future growth as it continues to recruit top talent, says Jeffrey Heller, Avison Young principal and managing director of the firm's New Jersey office.

“Since entering the New Jersey market, Avison Young has invested significantly in establishing a strong local presence through high-level recruiting and the strategic acquisition of industry-leading companies,” says Heller. “With our new office space, all of our New Jersey-based professionals are now able to work together in one location, enhancing the cross-disciplinary collaboration that is the cornerstone of our success and company culture.”
