TAMPA, FL—And the winner is… The Tampa chapter of NAIOP named Eshenbaugh Land Company “Best Brokerage Firm.”

Over 200 NAIOP members gathered to honor the “Best of the Best 2014” nominees and winners. Bishop & Associates, CBRE, Colliers International, and Cushman & Wakefield were also nominated for “Best Brokerage Firm.”

Nancy Surak of Eshenbaugh Land was a nominee for “Best Deal of the Year – Sale” for the sale of 5802 East Columbus Industrial Building. It was a complex transaction.
