PISCATAWAY, NJ— Deals For Less has made a deal for more in Piscataway. The discount retailer will raise the roof an additional ten feet at 727 South Avenue in Piscataway, NJ, and use the 41,000 square-foot industrial facility for the distribution of novelty items.
Bussel Realty Corp. arranged the $1.8 million sale. The property features 14-foot ceilings, five loading docks, one drive-in, and heavy power. It is located near Route 28 and proximate to major transportation arteries including Route 22 and I-287.
Bussel executive vice president Gregory Irving, SIOR, senior vice presidents Stephen Nozza and John Cascio represented the seller, Kanter Properties, LLC. Gramercy Realty Sales associate Isaac Neuman represented the buyer.
“Deals For Less is moving from Brooklyn, where its current location will be transformed into a residential complex,” says Irving. “727 South Avenue is strategically located to best reach its clientele in the New York and New Jersey region.”
