DALLAS--Industry commercial real estate veteran Jon L. Dooley has joined Colliers International North Texas as the managing director of real estate management services (REMS). In this role, Dooley will oversee all aspects of REMS operations in the Dallas-Fort Worth market and work as a strategic partner to ensure that each account exceeds performance expectations.

Dooley brings over 30 years of commercial real estate experience in overseeing client advisory services, asset management, property management, and capital markets. Throughout his career, he has directed acquisitions of over $7 billion core, value-added, and opportunistic investments that included office, retail, industrial and hospitality product across the nation.

Dooley joins Colliers International from UrbanAmerica Advisors, where he served as a senior managing director responsible for acquisitions/asset management and managed more than $400 million of General Services Administration assets. Prior to his time with UrbanAmerica, he was the executive vice president of real estate operations with Behringer Harvard Funds. Dooley's experience also includes time with Trammell Crow Co., where he served as the single point of contact for several of their top 21 clients.

Dooley received a bachelor's degree in business administration from SMU and holds the CCIM and CPM designations.
