GLENN MILLS, PA—KarMar Realty Group, Inc. arranged the $1.45 million sale of 1788 Wilmington Pike in Glen Mills, PA. GHS Summit, LLC purchased the office building from Crawford Leasing, LLC.
“1788 Wilmington Pike is a two-story, 14,500 +/- square foot office building in a highly desirable location,” says Justin M. Soss, executive vice president of KarMar Realty Group. “The building meets the buyer's needs as both a site for their business and an attractive investment property. The property is just south of the new 29.5 acre development where a 140,000 square foot Wegmans store and 40,000 square feet of additional retail space are currently under construction. The new owner has plans to use a portion of the building for medical use.”
Soss and Donald M. Grimes of KarMar represented the seller in the sale.
