VANCOUVER, WA—Dermody Properties, a national industrial development and operating firm headquartered in Reno, NV recently broke ground on a 98,400-square-foot industrial facility, known as LogistiCenter 205, at NE 60thWay in Vancouver.

Upon completion, the facility will feature 30' clear height, a 130' truck court and early suppression, fast response sprinkler systems. LogistiCenter 205 will be best suited for warehousing and distribution operations. It is expected to be complete in July 2015.

LogistiCenter 205 will be one of the few sizeable industrial facilities available in the Clark County submarket. The vacancy rate in the Clark County submarket was 3.7% at the end of 2014, the lowest rate experienced in recent history.
