Publisher of The Record Sells, Leases Back Printing Plant with HFF Financing

ROCKAWAY TOWNSHIP, NJ –The Hampshire Companies has purchased the 352,461-square-foot printing and production facility used by North Jersey Media Group, the publisher of The Record and a number of other community newspapers in a sale/leaseback transaction arranged by HFF.

ROCKAWAY TOWNSHIP, NJ –The Hampshire Companies has purchased the 352,461-square-foot printing and production facility used by North Jersey Media Group, the publisher of The Record and a number of other community newspapers in a sale/leaseback transaction arranged by HFF.

The facility, located at 100 Commons Way in Rockaway in eastern Morris County, NJ, is 100 percent leased by North Jersey Media Group, the largest news gathering organization in northern New Jersey with roots that trace back to 1895.
