FORT LAUDERDALE, FL—110 Tower is on a bona fide leasing roll. The class A office building in Downtown Fort Lauderdale has inked 51,289 square feet of office space over the past 12 months.

Cushman & Wakefield, 110 Tower's leasing team, reports the office building is attracting a variety of businesses from across different industries. Sato Global Solutions, a new to market global technology company, Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard Smith, a national, full-service law firm, Shook Hardy, an international law firm, Empire Executive Office, virtual office suites, and Dunkin Donuts are among the new tenants.

“110 Tower's multimillion-dollar renovations coupled with the on-site amenity package, have been the driving factors in bringing a myriad of prominent businesses to 110 Tower,” says Laurel Oswald, director of Cushman & Wakefield. “Ownership and the on-site team has worked diligently to forge a reputation as offering a best in class office building and experience for tenants in Downtown Fort Lauderdale. Today's competitive organizations seek equally prestigious—and progressive—buildings to call home, and 110 Tower satisfies those needs.”

Amenities are certainly a key driver. The recently remodeled building offers the latest green features, views and access to 110 Fitness, Subway, Sabadell United Bank, car wash, dry cleaning service, shoe shine service, and conference centers.

A ballroom and wraparound terrace offers 360-degree views and serves as an ideal place to host events. The building has won a laundry list of awards, including the US Green Building Council of South Florida's GalaVerde Award as Florida's Best in LEED for Existing Buildings, BOMA Fort Lauderdale/Palm Beaches' TOBY Award for Renovated Building of the Year, BOMA's Southern Regional TOBY Award for Renovated Building of the Year, and most recently, Commercial Property Executive's 2014 Distinguished Achievement Award for Best Repositioning Strategy.

CushWake's job is hardly done, though. The top three floors of the building, spanning a contiguous 38,000 square feet, are for lease. The building offers one of the lowest common area maintenance fees in the South Florida CBD for an office building of its size.
