MIAMI—Airport Corporate Center, one of Miami's largest suburban office parks, is reinventing itself. The 1 million-square-foot, 11-building office park in Miami's Airport West submarket is now called The Landing at MIA.

The rebranding effort is CBRE Global Investors' (CBREGI) first step to reposition the asset. CBRE Global is also rolling out a $17 million capital improvement program and its exclusive tenant services program, known as 5-Star Worldwide.

“CBREGI's approach to tenant services is like nothing the Miami business community has ever experienced before,” Diana Parker, senior vice president of CBRE, tells GlobeSt.com. CBRE plans to raise the park's occupancy from its current 78% to over 90% in the next six months.
