NEW YORK CITY—Savitt Partners has tapped former Newmark Grubb Knight Frank executive David Workman as executive managing director.

In his new role, Workman will focus on listing investment properties for sale while structuring off market transactions. Bringing over 25 years of leasing experience and relationships to the job, Workman also will work with other Savitt brokers to help service clients.

“David was a natural fit for Savitt Partners as he joins an already strong team of senior executives that have set the industry standard for quality client service,” says Bob Savitt, president. “We are constantly working to provide our clients with even more resources and customized services, and having David as part of our firm is yet another step in expanding our platform.”

Workman has played an integral role in completing more than $1 billion in investment sales and leasing transactions. In addition to a successful real estate career, he brings a wealth of financial knowledge from his time spent at Merrill Lynch and Ernst & Young.
