BELLMAWR, NJ—Bellmawr Laundry is relocating from Philadelphia to the New Jersey town whose name it bears. NAI Mertz brokered the laundry's purchase of a 74,000-square-foot industrial building at 281 Benigno Boulevard in Bellmawr, NJ.
Scott Mertz, principal, NAI Mertz, represented Bellmawr Laundry in the transaction. Marc Isdaner, senior vice president/principal, Colliers International's Southern New Jersey office, represented the seller, Korman Commercial Properties, Inc.
Bellmawr Laundry will use the facility as a commercial laundry plant.
“I am excited to bring my client, Bellmwar Laundry, to New Jersey,” says Mertz. “With its close proximity to a myriad of highways, this facility is a perfect location for both its commercial laundry business and its employees,” he added.
Located within Korman's Interstate Business Park, 281 Benigno Boulevard is conveniently located within minutes of center city Philadelphia, the North-South Freeway (Route 42), Exit 3 of the New Jersey Turnpike, Interstate 295, and the Black Horse Pike (Route 168). The building features 24' ceilings, ESFR sprinkler system, 2500 amp electric service, 12 tailgate doors and has access to rail service.
