McShane Completes 138-Unit Midtown Square in Suburban Glenview

CHICAGO—McShane Construction Co. has just completed Midtown Square in suburban Glenview for Trammell Crow Co. The 138-unit, 215,000-square-foot luxury apartment development sits on a 2.7-acre downtown site at Glenview Rd. and Church St. directly east of the Glenview Station along Glenview Rd., a stop for both Metra commuter rail and Amtrak. The company acquired the site, which included the town’s former fire department headquarters, in May 2013 and demolition began that July.
