HACKENSACK, NJ—Steve Pastor, a vice president at NAI James E. Hanson, Inc., and an expert in the industrial sector, was named the 2015 Industrial Council Chair for NAI Global, the umbrella global network of NAI-related, owner-operated commercial real estate brokerage firms.

The NAI Global Councils focus on elevating the professional competency of their members and ensuring consistent service delivery across the network. In his role at NAI James E. Hanson, Pastor's primary focus is on the Industrial sector with a concentration on multi-market accounts. His depth of experience and multi-disciplined approach to serving his clients have enabled him to become an industry expert. Pastor is also part of the NAI Global Logistics & Ports Practice Group, which represents companies operating in that space within the Industrial sector on a local, regional & national basis. He is a member of the following professional associations: Warehousing Educational & Research Council; International Warehouse Logistics Association; Industrial Office Real Estate Brokers Association; National Association Corporate Real Estate Executives; NAIOP; and the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals.
