NEW YORK CITY—Bank Leumi USA, has signed a 58,548 square foot lease at 350 Madison Ave. The Israeli financial services firm—and the largest subsidiary of the Leumi Group, a banking firm with more than $348 billion under management—will take three full floors at the 400,000-square-foot office building.

The RFR Realty property sits just three blocks from both Bryant Park and Grand Central Terminal. RFR was represented in-house in the lease by EVP Oliver Katcher, along with the JLL team of vice chairmen Alexander Chudnoff and Mitchell Konsker; SVPs Dan Turkewitz and Diana Biasotti; as well as VP Matt Polhemus.

Bank Leumi was represented in the transaction by CBRE's Brian Gell, vice chairman; Joan Meixner, SVP and Brett Shannon, senior financial analyst.

“We're pleased with the continued leasing momentum at 350 Madison Avenue,” says Chudnoff, who together with Konsker leads the JLL team serving as exclusive leasing agents for the property. “The energy and excitement around the repositioning of this historic asset has been outstanding and has been illustrated by the quality of the tenants leasing space within the building.”

Adds Konsker, “It was truly a collaborative effort in securing this opportunity for the Bank—with absolute principal to principal involvement.”

Following RFR's comprehensive renovation of 350 Madison, the building features a new two-story storefront and entry canopy that provides a strong sense of arrival and prestigious building identity.

In addition to the Bank Leumi USA deal; recent activity in the building includes Braemar Energy and Beacon Light Capital, both of which signed for 7,178 square feet, and Certares Management Corp., which signed for 8,304 square feet in the 25-story tower.
