MIAMI—Cresa South Florida, which has carved out a niche in the local commercial real estate market by representing tenants only, has hired seven new advisors. The new hires span tenant office and industrial representation, project management, brokerage, accounting, market analysis, administration, and graphic design.

Cresa is clearly gaining momentum, brokering some of the largest office and industrial deals in South Florida during 2014. There was the Vanguard Logistics build-to-suit, the Brazil Consulate relocation, and the GreyRobinson relocation, to name a few.

Cresa wooed industrial guru Sky Groden from Cushman & Wakefield last year and moved deeper into Broward County. Now, the firm is adding staff that will help serve its growing client roster. With the new hires, Cresa has grown its staff 181% in the past four years to meet the demand for tenant-only representation in South Florida.
