Prologis Developing Massive Build-to-Suit

ATLANTA—Prologis just announced a 715,000-square-foot build-to-suit lease agreement in the Metro Atlanta area. Reckitt Benckiser, a multinational consumer goods company and producer of health, hygiene, and home products, will occupy the industrial development at Prologis Park I-85.

“The I-85 corridor is Atlanta’s best-performing submarket, and land for large-scale development is increasingly scarce,” says Kent Mason, vice president and market officer for Prologis in Atlanta. “Class A space is in high demand in Atlanta, and we are well-positioned to provide the best solutions for our customers.”
