Winick Launches Retail Investment Sales

NEW YORK CITY—The new division will be spearheaded by Michael Cleeman, a 10-year industry veteran hired from Cohen Real Estate.

NEW YORK CITY—Winick Realty Group has created a retail investment sales division in Midtown and made a new hire to lead the effort. Michael Cleeman—who most recently was a VP of investment sales in retail at Cohen Real Estate—has joined the firm as SVP of investment sales. 

“I’m looking forward to great synergies between the investment sales and retail leasing teams,” says Cleeman, who brings about 10 years of experience to the table.  “The knowledge and information from the retail leasing end of the business will be extremely helpful and beneficial, giving us a strong position from which to service our client base.”
