Venture Commercial Inks Two Dallas-Area Leases

DALLAS–Venture Commercial Real Estate has successfully negotiated two leases in the Dallas/Fort Worth market on behalf of DestinationXL, national men’s clothing retailer.

“Destination XL is enjoying great success with the expanded offering of men’s Big & Tall casual and dress apparel and accessories through these new stores,” John Zikos, Venture Commercial partner, told GlobeSt.com. “They are about five years into the process of replacing all of their Casual Male and Rochester stores with the Destination XL superstores and are achieving higher sales and are able to better serve their customers.”
