SACRAMENTO—El Dorado Village, a class A multifamily community located in one of the region’s most affluent submarkets, El Dorado Hills, has changed hands. The 68-unit garden style community sold for $12.4 million, or $182,353 per unit.

The deal was in an off-market transaction to a private investor. The 1031 exchange buyer hired Marc Ross and William Blucher of CBRE Capital Market’s Sacramento Multifamily team to represent them on the acquisition of a suitable exchange property, GlobeSt.com has exclusively learned.
