CHATHAM,NJ—DTZ named a father-son team to its industrial brokerage division. Thomas Tucci Sr. will be a senior vice president and Thomas Tucci Jr. an assistant vice president. The senior Tucci was most recently a senior vice president with DCT Industrial. Thomas Tucci Jr. was formerly with CBRE.
Thomas Tucci Sr. also previously was an industrial broker for Team Resources Inc., senior regional development officer for First Industrial Realty Trust and a senior managing director at CBRE, where he managed the industrial leasing and investment sales services throughout the New York Tri-State area. Additionally, he owned and operated his own development company, Tucci Development, where he constructed over 3.8 million square of industrial, retail, office, residential, government and specialty buildings.
In his role as assistant vice president, Thomas Tucci Jr. will continue to represent industrial owners and tenants in sales and leasing activity. Early in his career, Tucci was an analyst with Jones Lang LaSalle for the New York Metro Capital Markets division where he was responsible for running the industrial research department for New Jersey and organizing the comp database to support brokers.
