DENVER—East West Partners and Newmark Grubb Knight Frank say that London-based Liberty Global has signed a lease for over 70,000 square feet at the Triangle Building, located at 1550 Wewatta St., in downtown Denver. Liberty Global will vacate its office space in suburban Englewood to relocate to the top three floors of the cutting-edge, 10-story office building currently under construction next to Union Station.

Liberty Global, formed by a 2013 merger, is a leading international telecommunications and cable television company with around $18 billion in annual revenue. it's primary headquarters are in London and Colorado.

NGKF's Tim Harrington, Tom Lee and Jennifer Chavez provided tenant representation services for Liberty Global on the transaction.
